The UAE and the Central African Republic have signed a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) to enhance trade and investment, following a meeting between President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and President Faustin-Archange Touadéra in Abu Dhabi.
